Here we have a really rare hand-painted screen used animation cell from the 1990 Potsworth & Co.  midnight patrol: adventures in the dream zone. I never seen anything from this series pop up for sale. It was produced by Hanna-Barbera. The size is 11x12 in. I believe this is the main villain to the show.
