This is a lovely little piece of Swarovski crystal made in the shape of a champagne bottle.  Part of the company's crystal memories range introduced in the 1990s, the bottle stands approximately 4.5 cm high and has been made in clear, facetted crystal with gold-coloured-decoration.  decorated in gold  of a large and small toadstool in clear glass standing on a frosted glass base.  It measures approximately 3 cm in height and a little less than 3 cm across the widest part of the base.   The piece is marked,on the golden 'foil', with Swarovski’s Swan logo which was introduced in 1989.

The company was established in 1895 in the Austrian Tyrol by David Swarovski who combined his own glass-cutting heritage with innovations in technology he discovered on his European travels.  Throughout its history they have been known for the quality of their products, willingness to embrace technical advancements and social conscience.  Their first lines of small, collectable glass figures were introduced in 1976 when the designer, Max Schreck, combined pieces from a glass chandelier to make a mouse's head.
