This card is said to be signed by Laura Evans the famous Colorado Madame (however not confirmed). It is dated 1905 New Years Eve and she speaks as though this is a brothel location both parties are familiar with. It is on an undivided back postcard with the picture and stamped with a Ben Franklin 1 Cent green postage stamp
