I do not have a tape to fully test this out. The camera does have power and does come on. When you hit the record button it says no tape. The view finder is very very fuzzy but the LCD screen works fine. The charger appears to be charging the battery. I have not left this plugged in to see. This comes with the 8mm camera the yellow video av cable battery and bag. The bird is not included. I have this listed not working parts only because I am unable to test it recording and unsure if that part works. I do not want people to assume this is fully working. Look at all the pictures to determine the quality of the item. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
