I typically ship USPS Ground Advantage, formerly known as first class, and priority or FEDEX/UPS.  Tracking is always included with all shipping methods offered.  My shipping fee is included in my asking price and final price.  It is never “free” shipping, as someone must pay.  It’s simpler on my end to combine it with my asking price.  I guarantee insurance to protect your purchase.  However, when tracking indicates “delivered” I am not responsible for the loss.  You will need to contact your local post office.   

What is seen pictured or stated in the title/description is what you will receive, if in question, please ask.  I am responsible for my listings but not assumptions. 

I have been selling for 18+ years and I solely run my business from start to finish, each transaction is treated with personal care.  I take great effort and pride in packing each item.  I look over all items before packing to be sure it leaves my hands as stated in my listing.  I appreciate your understanding for any oversight, I will make things right.  Feedback ratings is important, but your satisfaction is most important to me.  I strive to make things right and appreciate the opportunity to do so therefore no need to open a case through eBay or post a neutral or negative feedback without allowing for the opportunity to remedy the situation.  There is always a solution to a problem in my store.  Feedback, in my opinion, is left for the quality of the service provided NOT for the product.
