Manual open and close button function:
1.Press the open button to lock the bin lid in a static open position. This allows you to engage with disposing of waste litter without worrying if the top cover is going to close.
2.Press close to go back to the automatic opening and closing mode.
3.On/off switch helps prevent children and pets playing with the electronic head unit. lock it, switch off mode. Trash can that’s pet and childproof! The lid has no handle or push top facility hence making the opening difficult. This can be manually opened with your fingertips from the side of the unit.
To reset the unit:
1.Remove or replace the unit with brand new batteries.
2.Switch on the lid.
3.Hold the close button firmly down for 11 seconds to reset the infrared motion sensors. this will clear all unwanted memory collected over time, renewing the function to its best functionality.
