This low-power Omni eyepiece is a 4-element high-quality symmetrical Plossl optical design. Its functions include: the blackened edge of the lens can minimize internal reflection and maximize contrast; the multilayer coating group on the of each lens can maximize the transmittance and contrast; each Omni passes through two Step anodizing process to prevent reflection from the top eyepiece tube, most other manufacturers use reflective surfaces. The threaded lens barrel accepts a 1-1/4" screw-in filter.
