SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Your item will ship USPS ground advantage [unless otherwise specified], we do not enter the delivery dates shown. Those are auto populated when we enter the carrier and method of shipping. We do not guarantee delivery by these dates, nor should we be held responsible if your item is later than the listed dates. The best we can do is get your item out on the date[s] promised. There are too many factors in the transportation process for you to not understand why your item is not on time. be patient, and if you need your item by a guaranteed date, please do not order from us. we use the USPS because in 20+ years of shipping, they have lost less than 5 of our packages, and we support them.

PACKING:

All factory sealed cases are double boxed to ensure your case[s] arrives as we shipped it. All other items are packed with care, in a BOX, with packing peanuts or air bags, bubble wrap if needed, and with fragile labels as needed. Buy with confidence.

Returns and Issues:

Of course, if we ship the wrong item, Item not as described or is damaged we will replace, refund or correct the issue with no cost to you.
