Payment: For “Buy It Now” items, payment is due immediately upon purchase. If you make an offer that is accepted or accept a counteroffer we make, payment is due within 3 days of offer acceptance. eBay supports a variety of payment methods which are listed under the “Shipping and payments” section.
Shipping: Items will be shipped via the services specified in the “Shipping and payments” section. “Economy shipping” items may be shipped via either USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. If you would like us to use a specific carrier or service for your order, please contact us before purchasing – we are happy to accommodate requests for specific shipping carriers or services, but please note that there may be an additional charge for using a specific carrier or service. We also offer free local pickup in Christiansburg, VA for any item (please contact us to arrange if you would like to pick up locally).
Returns: We offer 30 day returns on this item for domestic (United States) buyers. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in along with any parts, accessories, or other items that may have been included. A good way to ensure that the item can be safely and properly packaged for the return is to save the box/envelope it comes in as well as all packing material until you are sure you want to keep the item. Please note that any shipping paid is not refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the item is returned with missing parts/accessories/etc. or is received back in different condition than when you received it.
