Here is a RARE Book.  It is by author and illustrator --Celestino Piatti ---and is a 1964 First Edition. It is in great condition---don't think it was ever read---Dust Jacket shows some shelf wear at edges, and is a little discolored---shown in last picture.   It is a Story about a pair of Happy Owls and the other animals don't understand how they can always be so Happy.  Nice story line and has pictures that are simple and colorful---just what children love.  No smoke or bad odors.
