Card Condition/Pictures

All pictures are of the actual card that you will receive. Listings with multiple quantities of cards available include a picture of a card that is representative of the sample of the card for sell. You will receive a card in the condition shown or better. Untouched scans and photos have been provided for you to best assess the card's condition, including centering.

Please note that cards in bulk/drop down listings may have been passed over for grading. Unless noted, cards are in Near Mint or better condition and may not be perfect.  Per the PSA definition NEAR MINT includes slight surface wear visible upon close inspection, slight fraying on some corners, picture slightly out of register, minor printing blemishes, slight wax staining on the back of the card. Centering can be determined in the scans. There is no promise of a numerical grade, Gem Mint, or flawless card on any listings that are not graded as such.

Graded cards are in the condition as graded by the respective grading service. Cases / Slabs may have minor scratches or scuffs expectant of normal handling.  Deep scratches, cuts, cracks, or "nicks" in the case will be described above.

Requests for additional information, scans, and/or photo are encouraged prior to buying.

Payment Policies

Immediate pay is required for fixed price listings. For auctions and negotiated prices, please pay promptly or contact me to inform me about the delay. If you make an unintentional bid or are unable to pay, please let me know as soon as possible.  Ebay will automatically cancel auctions that are not paid for at the 4-day mark.  No pay without contact will result in your account being blocked indefinitely.

Shipping Policies

I TAKE PRIDE IN PROVIDING FAST, TRACKABLE, & SECURE SHIPPING

Orders are packaged and in the mail within 24 hours unless otherwise noted or the seller has an "away notification" set.  There are three tiers of mailing based on the listing type, size, and/or value (not all listings include each option).  

Cards will be listed with one of the following options for shipping:

ALL GRADED CARDS & UNGRADED / RAW CARDS >$20 / $4.80 Shipping on Auctions

Sent via USPS First Class shipping at a flat rate of $4.80 and $1 each additional graded and $0.50 each additional ungraded / raw card. All cards are sent 1) sleeved and top loaded with new Ultra Pro-Protection (regardless of card value) 2) In a BUBBLE MAILER, (graded cards are double bubble protected) 3) secured in the mailer, and 4) with tracking information. I will cover any excess costs that go beyond the rate provided (i.e., insurance costs) as I take on the risk of the card getting safely to you.

Team Sets / Bulk Listings / Buy It Now Ungraded / Raw Cards <$20/ $1.99 Shipping on Auctions

Sent via "ebay's Standard Envelope for Trading Cards up to $20" at no charge to the buyer. All cards are sent well protected (sleeved and top loaded or cardboard protected) in a plain white #10 envelope PWE or rigid mailer with tracking information.  This shipping method is in accordance with the terms and conditions of "ebay's Standard Envelope for Trading Cards up to $20" policy.  Cards / Team set orders may be combined or separated to facilitate the most economical shipping.  Cards with values under $20 and with free shipping may be sent sleeved in a new or slightly used top loader, cardboard, or similar protection. Team sets may be shipped in a team bag or similar item (with additional protection).

If you would like your cards shipped via USPS First Class, you may select this option at the rate of $4.80 for the first card and $0.50 for each additional. Discounts on cards will NOT be given if this option is chosen.  Cards shipped under this method are shipped as described above for raw cards with a value of over $20.

Sorry, due to the number of orders and speed at which I ship, requests for alternate shipping such as ebay standard shipping or shipping by another means/carriers for cards cannot be accommodated for cards won under auction.

Shipping Charges are NOT negotiable as these include packaging and protection and not only the postage cost.  Please figure these costs prior to purchasing an item or making a bid.

I reserve the right to upgrade shipping for whatever reason without additional cost to the seller. I will NEVER downgrade the shipping you paid for (i.e., you won't get a PWE for $4.80).

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Returns are no longer accepted.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON REDEEMABLE, UNGRADED (RAW) CARDS, OR CARDS THAT HAVE BEEN AUTHENTICATED THROUGH EBAY'S AUTHENTICATION SERVICE.  If there is a problem, please contact me and we can work to make it right.
