Item has been sitting on the shelf for a few years, so box may show some shelf wear. Module is fine and 100% to plug in and go. 

Includes Delco-Remy 1876289 silicone grease to be applied to module during installation. 

Come in generic box, but GM logo stamped on module with part#.
