This is a collaboration skate deck by "FTC", a skate brand launched by Kent Uyehara in San Francisco in 1986, and artist "Shohei Otomo".
Artist Shohei Otomo is known as the son of Katsuhiro Otomo, the manga artist who drew "Akira," and has garnered attention for his intricate ballpoint pen drawings.
Based on a model with wood-colored edges, the print features artwork from "Heisei Mary," a work created in 2019 that fuses Japanese anime, video games, and manga culture with underground culture such as tattooing, which conflicts with the former, as well as the names of both.
