Vintage 1980's Polish Krosno Europo Wine/Spirits Decanter and 4 tumblers.  The decanter measures 11" x 6"  with the glasses being 4" high x slightly varying diameters approx. 3". With their famous controlled bubble design in the center of the glass. The Krosno brand has been combining original design, craftsmanship and the latest technological achievements for 100 years.
