AUDI (cars) pocket knife.

It was made in Germany by Richartz

The knife has a key ring, one blade, a nail file, and a scissors.

On the blade the following is engraved: Rostfrei (rust free), Stainless, Germany.

The Audi symbol is on one side of the knife, and on the other side is a symbol (possibly a whale) and the name Richartz.

I might have carried this pocket knife a few times, but mostly, it's just been part of a collection.
