The Eyes and the Chest Button Light up

CONDITION NOTE:  There are no Blue Missiles for the Blaster gun.
I am unable to test the Blaster gun, due to no missiles - so this part is unknown.

Lights/Talking - all work fine
Figure itself is in very good condition, and is 15" tall
