It comes with a U.S. Mint Certificate of Authenticity and a perfect original box free of any defects. Although it is ungraded from the Mint, to my coin collectors eye, this looks like it's in mint state condition.

The coin weighs just under 1 oz and is from Philadelphia, so it has no mint mark.
