We ask that you study all photos carefully as some items may come with minor defects or marks, and whilst we try to point these out we may not point out what is considered to be such a small defect or mark that it is not noticeable. 

Should you have any issue, please contact us first through the eBay contact seller section, where we will endeavour to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction. 

If you wish to return an item please do so through the official eBay returns procedure so a replacement or refund can be arranged as necessary. 

All our items are donated and to enable us to obtain as much proceeds as possible to go towards the good work our charity does, we will not accept offers unless indicated in the listing, but will offer reductions from time to time. 

Our business hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Any questions sent over the weekend will be dealt with Monday morning. 

In the interest of being fair we will not end any auctions early or amend listings to buy it now.
