The records look as if they had little to no play.  All nice NM condition.  
Sleeves are all NM
So as to prevent ring wear all records have been removed and stored outside the sleeves.
Vinyl records have been repacked in static free MOFI style sleeves.
Book is in perfect condition.
The box has surface wear as shown in the pics.
