Thanks to the Tough Trail Dog Saddlebag, now your pup can carry their own food and gear while enjoying the adventure. This pack was designed with a dog’s comfort without sacrificing durability and functionality. We carefully considered dogs’ shape, motion, and health in every aspect of the design.
The tough and technical CORDURA ECO fabric is 100% recycled, water resistant, and engineered for outdoor performance. High-wear areas are reinforced with a TPU coating for added abrasion and weather resistance. The sides of the bags, chest plate, and back piece that are next to your dog’s body are constructed with open-weave mesh and perforated foam to maximize airflow, keeping your dog cool.
The pannier bags on the side are tapered to deflect brush instead of getting hung up on it. Our innovative two-piece design with cam-style buckle can be easily adjusted for just the right location of the bags as the load changes for perfect balance and minimal shifting. It also allows for more cooling air to circulate. These bags will rest on the side of your dog. We’ve also eliminated the discomfort of pulling the harness over your dog’s head with a side release buckle on the chest.
Leash attachment ring is located at the rear of the back panel, giving the handler more leverage on hard pulling dogs. There is also a foam-filled grab handle located on the back panel for keeping your dog close and controlled when needed. For increased safety and visibility in low light, a loop on the back panel allows you to attach a light so, you’ll know where your canine partner is in the dark. Plus, reflective trim that looks black in the daylight adds even more peace of mind.
