This Shed is a Customer Returned item “Graded” A - They are returned for many different reasons, e.g. the Customers changed their mind, it’s too difficult for them to build or simply it’s not what they wanted etc.
A member of our team has opened the box removed the contents checked the contents and repacked it ready for transport, it is as “New” it hasn’t been used or assembled but there may be the odd cosmetic scratch/mark done while in transit. Should we have missed a part when checking the item (As We Are Only Human) Please let us now & we will have it posted free of charge ASAP.
The larger Sheds can take two adults up to 8 hrs to build depending on your own D.I.Y skills, there are approximately 300 to 800 self-taping screws or bolts to each shed depending on the size of the shed, so you will need to be handy and patience (Think BIG Meccano Set, Very Very Big Meccano Set)
Step by step (illustrated) build instructions are included, Please Read all the Instructions before trying to build the shed and follow the instructions Step by Step while building as There Are NO Short Cuts to the Shed Build “NONE”. AND NOT following the instructions will Only lead to screw holes not aligning panels not fitting and a shed that Leaks, all parts are numbered for assembly but if the numbers are missing, diagrams are shown in the instruction manual for all parts.

With how many are manufactured per year to say your single shed out of them all won’t go together properly would mean thousands more would have the same issue when they all have the same instructions & fittings, these are not wood sheds that come with 4 walls a floor and a roof these are hard to build and not for the faint hearted but well worth the effort when built and will last a lot longer than a wood shed.
If you are having a handyman etc coming to build your shed Please ensure the item has arrived and you checked the contents before booking them as we will not be held responsible for any extra costs you may incur, even though this is a returned item once assembled they make a Sturdy watertight Garden Shed and they offer Excellent Value for the Money.

Manufactured from Fire retardant materials, Weather resistant & virtually maintenance Free if assembled properly.
Lockable Sliding Double Doors are fitted on the inside for a neater design and security, Edges are hemmed to provide a smoother & safer edge, Free Anchor kit is included for fixing the shed down securely, designed to be anchored down to a solid surface we recommend concrete, tarmac, decking, paving slabs etc.
Yardmaster sheds provide a safe and secure storage space, ventilated along roof ridges and eaves allows for good airflow, no blistering or cracking no swelling or warping no bug or pest damage & virtually no maintenance.

Once we dispatch your item and you have been emailed tracking details (so you know it’s coming) If you supplied a phone number you will receive SMS pre-alerts that your order is on its way.
DX will only attempt delivery three times before they Return your item back to us, if this happens there WILL be a Delivery Charge to send the item out again. If you are not going to be in and you have somewhere secure they can leave the item you can leave a note giving DX permission to leave it, the note must have your full name and address on it giving the DX driver permission to leave the item and signed by you just remember that then makes you responsible for the item. The DX Drivers are only insured to deliver to the front of your home (Kerbside/Driveway) They cannot and will not risk Damaging your property whilst delivering a product through your property etc.

Please Note if for any reason you want to return a shed it MUST be packed back up SECURELY in the BOX or BOXES IT ARRIVED IN, Yardmaster have their boxes manufactured specifically for them they are made from a High Density thicker cardboard designed to carry there sheds and keep anyone handling them safe, Trading standards state items should be returned in the condition it arrived in and in the original packaging, We can’t accept a return (or our courier) if it isn’t in the correct box or boxes, We won’t go against health & safety rules and put our staff or others in danger of an injury.
