SHELL
The shell is made of TRICARBOCO material, which is now even lighter.
The new composite material is a mixture of carbon fibers with carbon fibers with different weights/breaking loads, aramid fibers and glass fibers, resulting in a very light yet impact-resistant shell.

To meet the needs of the most demanding motorcyclists, TRACK-1 is manufactured in two different versions
Bowls (M and L).

PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE
The inner protection made of Styrofoam is available in 3 sizes (S, M and L) and ensures optimal ergonomics. Designed in 4 different densities, it allows for a gradual and progressive absorption of the force generated by an impact.
Even though most of the energy generated in an impact is absorbed by the outer shell through its deformation, polystyrene plays a very important role.
The different density of the polystyrene makes it possible to optimize the mechanical properties of the shell-polystyrene complex and ensure the highest level of cushioning in Allen areas of the helmet. 

VISOR
The visor is made of optical class 1 injection molded polycarbonate with a thickness of 2 to 3.5 mm and an anti-scratch treatment.
The visor is equipped with a side block for better stability and can be easily removed without tools thanks to a practical mechanism.

PINLOCK
TRACK-1 is equipped with the PINLOCK® anti-fog device.
 Max Vision 70 anti-fog device.

VENTILATION
The protective polystyrene inside is designed to work in symbiosis with the 3 air inlets in the shell. 

INTERIOR
The interior and inner comfort cushions are removable, washable and replaceable. They are made of high quality bi-elastic Hydrocool fabric with specific fibers that have the following properties

• rapid dissipation of body moisture
• optimal temperature maintenance
• lightweight, soft and breathable fabric
• The pillows are equipped for a Bluetooth headset.
• The cushions have a system for quick removal in an emergency.

The restraint system is the proven “D-RING” with double light metal rings.
