Used condition. Removed from a 2007 dodge ram 2500 with a 5.9 cummins turbo diesel 4x4. The truck it was removed from was my daily driven truck. It was only removed to upgrade to a S&B cold air intake. It is a little dirty from it being used. Plastic is free of cracks and all mounting tabs are there. Rubber on tube is not dry rotted or cracked. I cannot confirm that the air filter replacement Gauge is functional or not. Clamps are a little rusty.
