The most easy-to-use model with a 37-key keyboard that is lightweight yet capable of full-fledged performance is equipped with the latest sound source directly from the flagship FR-8x. Provides a quick and dynamic sound for bellows control.
The rich built-in tones unique to the V accordion have also been enhanced. Accordion sounds from around the world, including French musette and German folk, are pre-installed with 67 sets. More than 160 different orchestral tones have been carefully selected from Roland's latest keyboards. The bass button also supports free bass. In addition, additional content such as extended sounds and accordion set variations will be released. It is a model that can play a variety of sounds according to the genre and needs in one unit.

Usability is added to the traditional accordion

It has the same sound and performance as an acoustic accordion, plus the ease of use unique to digital. Lightweight, maintenance-free, and easy to carry. The feel of the bellows, which is essential for accordion playing, can be adjusted to your liking by adjusting the bellows curve and air holes. It supports battery drive, and can be used continuously for about 5 hours with 10 AA rechargeable batteries (when the speaker is set to ON). Of course, it can also be used with a dedicated AC adapter. Because it is digital, you can easily enjoy accordion performance.

The charm of the accordion that spreads digitally

From practicing at home to live performances, digital functions support your performance in every scene. By adjusting the main unit volume and using headphones, you can enjoy playing anywhere and anytime. The built-in speaker is equipped with one tweeter in addition to the two main speakers. It delivers clear and powerful sound. In contrast to the acoustic accordion, which requires a microphone to be installed during recording, the V accordion can be recorded with a line-out. Even recordings where noise adjustment is difficult can be performed easily.
Furthermore, the FR-4x is equipped with a USB memory terminal. You can record your performance to a USB memory device and play it back. Equipped with an input mini terminal, the music library of smartphones and tablets can be played on the FR-4x itself. You can enjoy playing along while playing the orchestra. When using headphones, you can play in an ensemble by yourself without worrying about others. In addition, it is possible to save the main unit settings to a USB memory. You can enjoy playing in your favorite state anytime, anywhere.
