It is in nice condition with just a little surface and a couple small tears on the spine. It measures about 10 1/4" x 8".

It has 56 pages of trains, dolls, guns, bikes, pedal cars and other toys by marx, Lionel, American Flyers, etc.

Lots of pages advertise "Joy Bringer Toys". It is not dated but definitely looks to be from the late 1940s to early 1950s.

Many pages are in color and others are black and white.
