All orders to be paid for within 7 days of purchase

We will open an unpaid item dispute after this period

Dispatch days

All items paid for FRIDAY EVENING- Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday

All items paid for monday to FRIDAYwill be dispatched on the same day

Excluding bank holidays, the Christmas period and “acts of god”

Delivery

All parcels will be delivered by either royal mail 

Non delivery

If your item has not been delivered within 7 days of payment please contact us and we will chase it up

A full refund will be given on return of the parcel as long as the items are in the condition you received them in

Damages

In the unlikely event there are any breakages or damages

The matter will be resolved with a pro rata refund upon receipt of photographic evidence
