Nintendo 3ds SNES version. I have no idea what the smiley face “BEMO” screen is (shown in pics) but it loads up with that then it goes to the main menu. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Comes with charger and ds pen. The pen is a little bit hard to get out but i have know idea if they are all like that or not
