What you get: The V.Reader, 12V Car Plug, 120V wall plug, Two books (Toy Story 3 and What's That Noise?). 

It is missing the stylus but the touch screen works fine without it. 

It has been tested with the 12V car adapter, batteries (4x AA not included) and the 120V wall plug. The only issue is that the 120V wall plug is likely in need of replacement. It introduces some static on the speaker when used. This does not happen with batteries or the 12V car plug. The books works just fine as well. 

The whole unit is in great physical shape.
