This is a manual shift transfer case conversion will fit the Dodge new process 243D as well as the 273D that have splined shafts.

A very small amount of material will need trimmed for the lever to shift all the way into the rear position It's shown on one of the photos this can be done pretty easily with a cordless drill and a ball rasp bit.

  The last photograph shows the shift pattern. The unit uses a 5/16 bolt that can be used with 5/16 hiem joint.
