exact item shown - from a surplus lot - Lambda 0-18V power supply serial number J 10498  tested, it's putting out under 1V, I did a little diagnostics and decided to stop messing with it because I have a spare supply already - I verified the transformer is correct, the first stage filter has 35V so that is working, and I checked one of the TO3 case transistors and it was fine - so nothing expensive is damaged, probably the regulators that are on the bottom of the supply.  Schematics are on line - I've priced this very low so you can get yourself a really nice quiet aull analog (not switching) power supply for your test bench and fix it yourself.
