Heavy cotton blanket.  Made of 100% cotton except for suede squares and trim which are 100% Polyester.  
Measures approximately 84" wide x 91" long.  
No holes or stains that I can see.  Has a lightly worn look to it.  
The quilting on it almost looks hand sewn.
