This is a large, heavy-duty, faux bone (probably some kind of resin, but unidentified) skull belt buckle on a genuine leather belt.  The belt has brass grommet eyelets for a leather decorative accent. The metal part of the belt is pewter-color but its composition is unidentified. There are no markings on the buckle. There is something stamped on the belt, but it's completely illegible.
