signs of handling (fingerprints etc), no marks or scratches.
Excellent.........As above plus a few minor surface marks, no obvious scratches.
Very Good.......As above plus a few light marks/scratches, nothing that would interfer with play.
Good...............As above plus a some noticable scratches but should play without issue.
Fair.................As above plus a obvious scratches, disc might skip or jump in places.
Worn...............As above plus a disc is badly scratched, probably mostly unplayable.

Good...............As above plus booklet/inlay has severe creases/indentations and/or minor tears.
Fair.................As above plus booklet has rips/tears and/or rear inlay may have water damage. 
Worn...............As above plus Inlay and booklet have been wet or torn/defaced and/or pages stuck together.
