This is a beautiful collectible silver marked 84(on handle ,rim and bottom)19th century Russian Christening cup.lt weighs 100grams and is 6,3 cm high with 5,6 rim length. On the bottom there are initials in capital(A.M),probably the owner's.The decoration is meticulous and intricate with floral pattern panels and curves. On the bottom there is a kokoshnik mark, another one with initials and probably dating which is indecipherable and  one with initials of the workmaster-probably Α.Γ  which for many years l believed it may stand for Andrei Goryanov in Cyrilic one of Faberge workshop workmasters, however there is no Faberge mark or Imperial Crest(Affiliated or Freelance workshop?).Unfortunately my attempts to take better shots of the marks failed, that was the best l could do,so l am trying to make up for with this description.Anyway surely a beautiful collectible item and also still a perfect Christening gift.Thank you for reading,if any questions ,please dont hesitate to ask.
