I have tested this unit and it plays tapes in the two track variety well. I could not get Sound to come out of the fourth channel. It’s possible that it’s my tape but I cleaned the head and about 10% of the volume comes out of the fourth channel. Every other channel sounds nice. The tapes forward. Fast forward and rewind work well. The counter belt is missing and needs to be replaced. The counter does not work. Pretty nice well cared for unit. Rare to find these days.

I’m selling this as is for parts and repair. It has not been serviced anytime recently.
