After several decades in an envelope, has crisp fold creases from posting. With barely any signs of wear or handling consistent with their age. No unexpected tears, folds, creases or paper loss. All text are legible. Booklet on treated / smooth paper stock. Clean and in very good condition. You will receive the exact items shown in the photos (except the obit) The booklet measures approx. 3 1/2" x 6" **Ships as found - in the envelope**
