In 'Rules of Engagement', the SG1 team comes to the assistance of a unit it believes to be the missing SG11 squadron when it finds them battling a Jaffa army. 'Forever in a Day' sees Daniel Jackson reunited with his wife while rescuing some captured Abydonians. However, their renewed relationship has a damaging effect on Jackson's friendship with Teal'c, and eventually leads to his resignation from the SGC. In 'Past and Present', the SG1 team encounter a whole planet suffering from amnesia, and Daniel Jackson becomes attracted to a brilliant, mysterious young woman called Ke'ra when she opts to return to Earth with the crew.
