What an interesting bisque side glancing googly eye doll.  I believe this is a bisque powder shaker with a bisque holder in the back for a skinny powder brush.  The bottom is marked Made in Japan and looks like a frozen Charlotte Googly Eye girl with watermelon mouth and painted side glancing blue eyes.  The bottom has a cotton puffball stuffed in it and I can see white power in holes.  There is a remnant of a paper tag on the front which says powder.  The piece measures 6" tall and I love her blue painted dress with an oversized hat and red bow. The piece is in excellent condition and free of any chips, flaws, or repairs.  I've never seen this piece before so it will make an excellent addition to your collection.  Happy Bidding!
