I've picked up a bunch of the bigger size over the years, but this is my first small one -- It is adorable!!  My sister roots ivy in colored vases in her window -- this would be adorable in a window hanging in a macrame holder.  It is adorable at 4" tall and 2-1/4" across.  

Mint condition.  Made by Anchor Hocking and part of the Royal Ruby line made in the 50s.  The red color is stunning!!

So retro.
