Why do I keep getting mould on my walls and surfaces?
This could be down to many factors. Homeowners need to ensure
that spaces prone to mould and mildew are ventilated efficiently. Opening
windows regularly and installing extractor fans will help to a degree.
It is also essential to ensure there are not any underlying issues such as leaks, blocked gutters and or damp contributing to the issue.
Will bleach get rid of the mould and mildew on my walls?
Quite frankly-no. Bleach will appear to have cleaned off the
mould, but it will not effectively help to keep it away.

How do I use Buildware Anti mould paint additive?
Clean surfaces as well as possible.
Our highly potent additive can be mixed into any type of paint. Simply stir into any emulsion/gloss paint, wallpaper paste, PVA, tile adhesive, tile grout etc and mix thoroughly.
It is particularly suitable for areas of high humidity, frequent temperature change and/or poor air circulation
Once you have mixed the anti mould additive into your paint,
simply paint your surfaces as you would normally.
Coverage
Each 50ml bottle converts any ten-litre tub of ordinary
decorative paint, tile grout, or wallpaper paste into a mould-resistant paint
or mould resistant coating for walls and ceilings. For increased potency, increase
additive to paint ratio.

Payment methods
We only accept PayPal, eBay payments and Bacs as method of payment for eBay purchases. Cheques & Postal Orders are no longer accepted for purchases due to banking costs. We will dispatch item(s) as soon as payments have been paid and cleared.
Getting your product to you on time is important to us. We work with Royal Mail and other reputable delivery companies to meet our dispatch and delivery time commitments to you.
Buildware pay particular attention to a prompt dispatch of your items. We endeavour to ship Royal Mail items the same working day if purchased before 3pm, and 2.00pm if being sent via a courier. If the order is placed after these times, it will be reflected in the estimated delivery time. Items placed after 3pm on a Friday, on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times stated on each item are an estimate time based on the type of delivery offered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the items and we reserve the right to change the delivery method provided.
If your item is being sent via a tracked method a tracking number will be made available for you and it will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available to take delivery and sign for the item then a "while you were out" card will be left with information and instructions for you to follow.
Delivery is normally within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch, but Royal Mail state that they can take up to 15 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 15 working days please contact me via "ask the seller a question".
We only ship to PayPal/ eBay registered and verified addresses. If you require the item to be shipped to a different address please let us know via “message to seller” at the time of purchase and we shall do our best to meet your needs.
If your item requires a courier to special domestic regions, it may incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact us via "ask the seller a question" for a quote and provide your postcode.
Please be aware that it takes longer than average to deliver to these special domestic regions.
We value our customers and in the unlikely event that an item(s) is not suitable, you may return it to us as new in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, for a refund of the cost of the item(s) only.
The buyer must notify us through “contact seller” of the intent to return an item(s) within 30 days and once the return is agreed the goods must be returned immediately after notification at the buyers own expense.
If returning an item(s) for a refund or exchange without it being faulty it must be unused, in resalable condition in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) is not in a resalable condition.
Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded. A refund will be issued once the item is returned and tested and proven to be faulty.
If an incorrect item is received in error please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange the return of this item and send the correct item. We will not accept incorrect items that are not in an unused, resalable condition and in original packaging.
Please contact us if an item has been damaged in transit.
We advise that the buyer uses a traceable return service whether the item(s) is unsuitable, faulty or otherwise.
If we agree prior to use a courier to collect the item(s) at a specific address on a specific day and this collection fails due to the buyer, return costs and responsibility of the item will then revert to the buyer regardless of original reason(s) for the collection.
When an item is returned to us from Royal Mail or from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to redeliver or collect by the buyer, we will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made.
If goods require re-delivery, there will be a surcharge of a minimum of £10.00.
When returning an item, please enclose a note specifying the reason for return and your eBay user ID to ensure that the refund is dealt with as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued using the same method as payment.
