Molnija (Molnia) Watch & Clock Factory is located in Chelyabinsk, industrial center of South Urals Mountain ridge, Russia.
The factory was established on November 17, 1947.
At first main products were wristwatches, pocket watches, mechanical table clocks and unique technical clocks for tanks and submarines ordered and paid by Russian Union Department of Defense.
Eighty percent (!) of work is done by hand.
All parts for clock and watches, except jewels and accessories are produced by the factory itself.
The clock has dust-proof case.
Clock hours markers and clock hands on dial – fluorescent, luminous in dark.
Dome glass is mineral crystal.
The clock in very good and fully working condition.
