Hi there, thanks for the interest in my auctions. This is a lovely little scarf clip and ideal for someone who loves wear pretty scarfs around their neck. It is very indicative of the Victorian age when they used to wear the high neck frilly blouses, so ideal for the prop department of stage and screen.
