CAMBRIDGE HIGH SLEEPER BED - MADE TO BRITISH STANDARD EN747. Bed dimension's approx: 203cm long x 94cm wide (up to 113cm where the ladder fits) x 179cm high. Made from white melamine coated board, which is wipe clean and scratch resistant. This bed, which has solid bed bases with 'breathing' holes, takes a full 200 X 90cm (3 ft English) mattress (not supplied).
For safety reasons the maximum thickness of mattress for this bed is 15cm. The bed is made to British and European Standards by ourselves in the UK. The tests include stability and ladder safety as part of the criteria. The bed has a double door wardrobe with hanging rail, a desk and 3 drawers, at the large corner desk are shelves, partly hidden by the ladder is a large bookcase. This bed is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. It has a total height of 178cm to the top of the ladder, or 173cm to the top of the bed. The bed is very robust when assembled. Mattress, Bedding and textiles ARE NOT included.
This bed is only 2 years old and is relativley unused and in a general good condition, there is only one minor issue with one hinge for the upper left wardrobe door, as it doesnt attach well to the unit, this was an issue we had when we first purchased and put together.
Some assembly is required as has been dismantled to an extent, drawers are fully essembled and some fixtures are attatched to the unit for some easier assembly. Instructions will be provided and the remaining fixtures (screws etc) are bagged.
