Manda Koso is a fermented plant food that uses more than 50 kinds of fruits, root vegetables, grains, seaweeds, etc. and is fermented and aged for a long period of 3 years and 3 months or more.

Manda Koso has more than 100 processes until the product is completed, and many kinds of microorganisms are involved in the fermentation process, and a special microbial ecosystem is created in the fermentation barrel.

As a dietary supplement, take 3-4 cups a day with the attached spoon (about 1.2g per cup) as appropriate.
