At Parade Records we pride ourselves on providing high quality vinyl/CDs, and a friendly and professional service. When sending, all records are carefully packaged in custom made record mailers with at least 2 card stiffeners. All vinyl will be removed for outer picture and any printed inner sleeve and placed in a brand new paper inner, to prevent seam splitting while in transit.

With over 20 years experience in buying and selling music we pride ourselves on accurate grading and descriptions, but if there is a problem all my items come with a full money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact me immediately so that we can arrange for return of the item. I will also pay your return postage costs. I cannot issue a refund until the item is received here in the exact condition that it was sent.  Please do not suffer in silence and then leave negative feedback, these issues can always be worked out in a friendly manner.

I am sorry but we never issue partial refunds.

When leaving feedback please remember that you are rating the item and our service, not the postal service or the quality of the music. All parcels are dispatched within 2 days of cleared payment, and you will be sent an email on the day of dispatch. International post can take some time, especially outside Europe so please do not rate me on the time that your parcel takes in transit.

Payment is by Paypal only unless other arrangements have been made. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. If there is going to be a problem with this please contact me.
