ขุนแผนห้าเหลี่ยม อ.ชุม ไชยคีรี วัดพระบรมธาตุนครศรีฯ ปี พ.ศ.๒๔๙๗ พระผงบารมีพระธาตุวัดพระบรมธาตุจ.นครศรีธรรมราช ขุนแผนเรือนแก้วห้าเหลี่ยมเนื้อดำหลังยันต์นะเข้าหา สำหรับพิมพ์ขุนแผนเรือนแก้วห้าเหลี่ยมนี้มีทั้งพิมพ์เล็กและพิมพ์ใหญ่จำนวนสร้างเพียง๒,๐๐๐องค์ ปัจจุบันหายากมากๆ
ตามอุปเท่ห์การใช้ท่านว่าทำเป็นพระพิเศษพร้อมกับพระ ๘๔,๐๐๐องค์ แต่หนักไปในทางเมตตามหานิยม มหาเสน่ห์ เพิ่มผงอาจารย์คงอาจารย์ขุนแผนเมืองสุพรรณบุรี วิธีทำและปลุกเสกอาจารย์คงได้เข้าทรงบอกวิธีให้คาถาประจำตามตำราของท่าน เสกแล้วทดลองนำพระลงสรงในน้ำมันหอมแล้วเอาน้ำมันทาหนูกับแมวสุนัขกับแมวจนสัตว์ทั้งสองที่เคยเป็นศัตรูกันมากลับเป็นมิตรดีต่อกันต่อหน้าประชาชน
นอกจากนั้นก็ยังเป็นพระที่ทรงคุณทางเลิกรบเลิกเบียดเบียฬกันอาวุธทุกชนิดด้วย เมื่อจะใช้ให้ภาวนาคาถานี้ นะร้องไห้ๆ นะมาเข้าหา นะจิตตัง มานิมามา จิตตังมานิมามา ๓ จบทุกครั้ง แล้วทำความปรารถนาเอาเองได้ทุกอย่าง แต่ขออย่านำไปใช้ในทางทุจริตผิดกฎหมาย ผิดศีลธรรม และห้ามทดลองทำเป็นเล่นขาดความเคารพจะเกิดโทษนานาชนิด พระเครื่องจากวัดพระบรมธาตุ จ. นครศรีธรรมราช รุ่นที่สร้างเมื่อปี พ.ศ.๒๔๙๗
ในพิธีเดียวกันนี้จริงๆแล้วมีด้วยกันหลายพิมพ์แต่อาจารย์ชุม ไชยคีรีได้นำพิมพ์พระนางตราและท่าเรือขนาดใหญ่-เล็กออกแจกด้วยตัวท่านเองจำนวนการสร้างนั้นมี ๘๔,๐๐๐ องค์ พระมีจำนวนมากท่านจึงได้นำบรรจุเก็บไว้ในถัง ๒๐๐ ลิตร ต่อมาปลวกมาทำรังพระที่พบจึงมีทั้งแบบมีคราบปลวกและที่ไม่มีคราบ มวลสารที่รวบรวมมามีพระกรุสุดยอดพระเครื่องจากทั่วประเทศมาดำเนินการสร้างพระนี้
จากการรวบรวมปรากฎว่าได้พระกรุมากว่า๑๐๘กรุ ว่านยาอีก๑๐๘ชนิด รวมทั้งผงวิเศษอาทิเช่น พระกรุนางตรา-ท่าเรือ,กรุท้าวโคตร,สมเด็จวัดระฆัง,สมเด็จบางขุนพรหม,พระผงสุพรรณ,ผงดำผงแดงหุ่นพยนต์,หลวงพ่อเกตุ วัดขวิด,ขุนแผนวัดพระรูปและวัดบ้านกร่าง,พระนางพญาวัดนางพญาและวัดต้นจันทร์สุพรรณบุรี, พระกรุต่างๆในกำแพงเพชร,พระกรุต่างๆในสุโขทัย,หูยานลพบุรี,ท่ากระดานหูไหกาญจนบุรี,พระกรุวัดท่ามะปราง,พระวัดชินราชพิษณุโลก,พระหลวงพ่อจุก,พระจุฬามณีพิษณุโลก,พระรอดพระคงพระเปิม-ลำพูน, มหาว่านวัดเขาอ้อ-พัทลุง,และพระกรุศรีวิชัยฯลฯ การประกอบพิธีพุทธาภิเษกจัดให้มีขึ้นตลอดพรรษา ณ วิหารวัดพระบรมธาตุนครศรีธรรมราช
ได้ฤกษ์พิมพ์องค์พระในวันที่๒สิงหาคม๒๔๙๗ครบ๘๔,๐๐๐องค์ วันที่๑กันยายน๒๔๙๗ทำพิธีปลุกเสกวันที่๑๔กันยายน๒๔๙๗ ออกพิธีวันที่๑๒ตุลาคม๒๔๙๗ซึ่งเป็นวันออกพรรษา โดยพิธีนี้ได้นิมนต์พระเถราจารย์ผู้เรืองเวทวิทยาคม๑๐๘รูปมาร่วมประกอบพิธีมีท่านเจ้าคุณพระภัทรมุนีเจ้าอาวาสวัดพระบรมธาตุฯเป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ สำหรับพระคณาจารย์ที่ปลุกเสกขอยกมาเป็นบางส่วนได้แก่
