When finalizing payment for your order, eBay Global Shipping will calculate shipping costs to you and generate two separate invoices. The first payment goes to ABC Partybiz to pay for the item(s). The second payment goes to eBay’s Global Shipping Program to cover the international shipping cost and any import charges.
