Crafted with Red Mallee Burl wood, this pen was made with great care and meticulous attention to every detail here in our wood shop in Cedar Hill, Texas. 

Steampunk is inspired by Victorian science fiction and the industrialized 19th century. The Steampunk genre has re-ignited a love of old fashioned materials and is all about mixing the old and new, fusing the usability of modern technology with the design aesthetic and philosophy of the Victorian age. This pen incorporates these features with a replica Gatling gun barrel, a bolt action mechanism for pen operation, a mixture of industrialized design elements with antique pewter and antique copper finishes and a custom turned barrel crafted from red mallee burl wood from Australia.

 A cyanoacrylate (CA) finish protects the wood providing one of the most durable protective finishes for use on pens. The wood barrel has been polished to an ultra-smooth glossy shine. It is a thick bodied pen that feels great in your hand with the silky feeling finish. It uses Parker style ballpoint refill which is included (black, medium). Includes presentation box to present as a gift.
