Up for auction is a vintage 3ttt Record 84 quill stem with a Chesini Precision panto.
The stem is used and shows regular signs of use like smaller scratches and marks. Technically it is fully functionable! Please judge yourself, comes as shown.
The center to center length is about 95-100mm. It seems to be marked with "10" and "22.2". I measure about 26.2mm handlebar clamp diameter. It is for 1" forks. Please see pics and judge yourself.
As a description is always influenced by a personal opinion I made a couple of supersize pics that help you to judge the parts yourself. You will get what you see on the pics.

Shipping
I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 20 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 6-8 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
