I purchased a Guild 12 string in 1975 and I still own it today.  That is how it is when you own a Guild, you keep them forever.

About this guitar:
This guitar came directly from Guild to my supplier, it has never been sold retail.  It was examined by a team of factory technicians and they found no issues, the neck is straight, no buzz, and no issues with the body.  When we polished the guitar we found a tiny nick on the edge on the back of the guitar.  I have included a close-up picture pointing to it.

FAQ, frequently asked questions

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.
 

Unless otherwise stated, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Email first for return authorization.  Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.  All items must be in the same condition as when they were sold, and returned in the original packing.
